The Art of Culture

I was honoured to be asked to present at the Breakthrough Advisor Academy recently. I was asked to speak about 'The Art of Culture' (diagram attached), alongside Russell Fisher and Sharn R.

My favourite take away from Russell's talk, inspired by his mentor: "Find a bit of gold in everyone you meet" I challenge you, to challenge your unconscious bias - you may see someone in a completely different light.

And from Sharn: "Breathe" Too easy to forget, take a moment, step out of the busyness of work and play and breathe...in for 5 and out for 5.
