Work piling up in the lead up to the holidays and not sure how you're going to get it all done...if you have a team then some of the answer will lie in delegation. I know what you're going to say - 'I can't'. Or is it that you 'won't'?
There are so many reasons people don't delegate, here are some: everyone else is busy, you're a perfectionist, it's faster if you do it, you don't think your people have the capability, losing control of the work or you don't really know how.
Do this - get a post-it, write on it "Is this something only I can do?". If the answer is yes, then get on and do it. If the answer is no consider these options:
Transfer: pass it to someone else to do
Train: Train someone to do it, then pass it on
Tolerate: sometimes there are tasks we just have to do
Terminate: does it really need to be done?
It takes discipline to delegate, but also acceptance that people may not do it as well as you, and that's ok because that's how we learn.
