Before we can create a plan we work together to get a comprehensive understanding of where your teams are now and the outcomes you wish them to achieve.

We back this up with our world-leading strengths test data completely personalised to the individuals so we can develop a plan supported by their strengths

Plan

When we have clarity on what we want, where we are today, our existing capabilities and strengths, the plan becomes very clear. 

We set your teams up for success by customising the plan around their strengths and making them much more aware of the blind spots that could derail them. We aim to dramatically improve communication, effectiveness and teamwork.

Do

Team coaching sessions will be tailored to the needs of the team and will often take a modular
approach to allow time between sessions for the team to work on their action plans.


Your investment includes a de-brief and pre-brief and contact between sessions if required.

Note: To maximise effectiveness there is the option to include one-on-one executive coaching alongside the team coaching or a data-based assessment prior to coaching.
