Start as you mean to continue

I am really not the best version of myself if I don’t exercise, particularly in the mornings. When I do, I feel like I am physically and mentally stronger, more energised to get stuff done.
On the days I don’t, it feels like a sluggish start to the day, it can feel like a lazy day which is neither good for the mind or the soul. Years of doing this has taught me this lesson so I make sure I get it done.
Is there anything that you do that gets you set for your day?
