The jars + Walking Gin Bus = Social Connection (part 2)

Social connection is defined as the subjective experience of feeling close to, and a sense of belongingness with others. It is not about the number of friends you have but is linked to your subjective sense of connection.

There is no magic in the ‘how’, it’s subjective, you need to find what works for you. If you feel connected, you are. My personal view, “Be seen, see others” – that’s where the connection is.

To answer what was in the jars…infused gin. My social connecting was with this lovely bunch of ladies, all part of the ‘Walking Gin Bus’ who have a shared love of gin, and as it turns out gin and vodka jellies.

My gins were all inspired by, but not a patch on the Blush hot toddy winter gin by Soren Crabb from 1919 Distilling.
