Re-framing imposter syndrome

I'm not sure how many people have had those moments where self-doubt outweighs self-confidence and imposter syndrome sets in, but I see it more often then I expect in coaching, and from people I wouldn't expect.


It can be as small as a fleeting moment of, 'hhmmm, have I got this?' through to feeling so inadequate it has confused your thinking, and caused so much panic that it takes your breath away.
